New to our catalog, the sliding slat curtain option for pergolas is a truly modern screen for pergolas. This system elegantly enhances comfort under the pergola, whether it’s raining or on cool nights. The openwork slats allow air to pass through for natural ventilation while blocking any unwanted views from neighbors.
It glides smoothly thanks to the brush seal attached to the guide system. An end stop halts the slat panels when they reach the other side of the pergola.
¾ Opening
All panels slide to create a slot against the first slatted pergola panel. This minimizes the space required on one side of the pergola. The opening direction—left or right—is chosen during installation. The customer selects the direction based on the layout of their patio. It is recommended to retract the panels in windy conditions (to reduce wind resistance).
Panel on casters
The system consists of 4 to 6 sliding panels mounted on a 4-groove track. At the bottom, a roller mechanism ensures smooth, precise sliding suitable for outdoor use. The rollers are equipped with needle bearings and allow for 5 mm of height adjustment to facilitate setup when installing the sliding curtain option for the pergola.
Wide compatibility and RAL colors available
The sliding louvered curtains are compatible with many pergola models. If the attached pergola has a slope, the louvered curtain can be mounted on the front frame only. To blend in with your outdoor decor, a wide range of RAL colors is available as an option.
