The Loggia 125 awning has been around for over twenty years. Its advantage? Its simplicity. If you’re wondering, ‘How do I install a Loggia awning?’, it couldn’t be easier. To install a Loggia awning, simply attach the mounting plates to a wall or ceiling. Both types of installation are possible. The awning’s light weight makes it easy to install.
Our Loggia 125 awning was redesigned in 2022. It can now be fitted with a side panel to hide unsightly screws. The standard colour is powder-coated white. It remains the most economical solution for shading your balcony or terrace while showcasing the awning fabric.
Compact awning
This is one of the traditional awnings in the compact range. It is a versatile system that can be installed on the façade or ceiling. It is much lighter than a compact cassette. It can be motorised if required.
Protection for small balconies…
As an inexpensive and discreet loggia awning, it is ideal for balconies. Without a cassette, it is best installed under a roof or balcony. With its ceiling installation angle of 15° to 90° (vertical awning), it allows for easy adjustment of the sun protection during installation.

Protection for bay windows
Made entirely of aluminium, the loggia awning is available in widths of up to 4.80 metres and projections of up to 3.00 metres. Its substantial projection and width make it suitable for large bay windows and loggias. Like all Mitjavila cassettes, it features BMF arms and can be dismantled and repaired.
