The Loggia 125 awning has been around for over twenty years. Its advantage? Its simplicity. If you’re wondering, ‘How do I install a Loggia awning?’, it couldn’t be easier. To install a Loggia awning, simply attach the mounting plates to a wall or ceiling. Both types of installation are possible. The awning’s light weight makes it easy to install.
Our Loggia 125 awning was redesigned in 2022. It can now be fitted with a side panel to hide unsightly screws. The standard colour is powder-coated white. It remains the most economical solution for shading your balcony or terrace while showcasing the awning fabric.

It is one of the traditional awnings in the compact category. It is a versatile system that can be mounted on a facade or ceiling. It is much lighter than a compact cassette awning. It can be fully motorized if needed.
Protection for small balconies…
As an affordable and discreet loggia awning, it’s ideal for balconies. Without a cassette, it’s best installed under an overhang or on a balcony. With a ceiling-mounted tilt angle ranging from 15° to 90° (vertical awning), it allows for easy adjustment of sun protection during installation.

Protection for French windows
Made entirely of aluminum, the loggia awning is available in widths up to 4.80 meters and with a projection of up to 3.00 meters. This substantial projection and width make it suitable for large French windows and loggias. Like all Mitjavila cassettes, it features BMF arms and can be disassembled and repaired.
